Paleo (for real) Redux Day 1
Ready for this.
Breakfast (9-10am): 1/2 banana, hard-boiled (Meadow Haven; henceforth MH) eggw/ pinch of sea salt
Still a little full from last night's pasta-and-sundae farewell dinner, so skipping a bigger meal.
